Pulsar v4 soon

Pulsar v4 is being developed and just needs a few things before testing; and eventually release.

All 3 ability upgrades have been added but swarm is having some issues

Mini-Boss is made but un-tested

There is a new fast enemy that can spawn from the start of the game

The second boss will either be in this update or in v5, and the new world will likely be in v5.

Another ability named "Time Reversal" may be made for v4, but much more likely to be in v5.

Last resort, Distraction, and Swarm are the new ability upgrades, with last resort being one use.
